This half day seminar is divided into two distinct sessions.

First Session :
In the first session you will learn how to use cables instead of regular machines to
give old exercises a new twist. This will create variety in your program, keeping your
members and clients motivated, and at the same time this increased level of difficulty
will help them continue to gain results, all the while improving their "core" strength

Double Session :
Approximately 80% of adults will experience some form of low back pain at some
point in their life. Exercise can eliminate or minimize this pain in the vast majority
of cases. Learn how to help your members and clients guard against, or treat once
they have experienced low back pain, in session two's
seminar.
