2. What Is A Personal Trainer?

A qualified Personal Trainer will assess individual fitness, create goals based on that assessment, design a progressively challenging program, where progress can be measured and motivate you to stay committed to the program. This program will set out the type of exercise that has to be followed and the type of diet and nutritional components that are tailored according to your lifestyle.

Throughout each session your personal trainer will be there to guide you through each step and ensure that you perform each activity safely.

Some trainers work in Fitness Centers; some train clients in their homes and some in corporate fitness facilities.
