Service and maintenance provide

Make a detailed routine inspection of the Equipment |

Provide a written report to THE CLIENT after each service visit; |

Attend on request, in the even of breakdown or apparent failure, within one working day, during the business hours of THE COMPANY (Monday – Friday 08.30 – 17.00). |

In recognition of the fee detailed in this agreement, no charge shall be made by THE COMPANY with respect to labor and transport in connection with item ‘a’ above; |

In recognition of the fee detailed in this agreement, THE COMPANY will extend a 25% discount from all spare parts prices (not including special offers). |

In recognition of the fee detailed in this agreement, THE COMPANY will extend a 25% discount from all PrimaFit educational seminars (not including special offers). |
